FARM ANIMALS

COWS:

We currently have a closed herd of 4 cows, which consist of 1 Dexter bull calf (PHA and BD1 negative), 1 polled Dexter heifer (Registered; PHA and BD1 negative), and 2 steers. Our goal is to produce tasty meat from cattle that leans towards the calm and gentle side, and we prefer to work with a more "classic" sized cattle.

SHEEP:

We work with hair sheep (no wool breeds). Our goal is to breed for parasite resistance and good hooves, rather than large carcasses and faster grow-out weights.
